Refunds/Exchanges

Extensions/ Salon Ready Wigs 

We accept refunds and exchanges on all stock products on our website as long as they are returned in the original condition as sent out and within the 14 days period. 

Custom Made Wigs

We do not offer refunds on our custom made wigs due to the fact they are tailored made to fit. Should you not like the finish results of your wigs, we will work with you to remedy the issue. Send a email to our team on info@glamorhairlondon.co.uk

Shipping

We ship all UK based orders using Royal Mail. A tracking number is sent out once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

Yes we do ship internationally. We use DHL and tracking numbers are shared once your order is ready and shipped.
