Refund & Returns Policy

Custom-Made Wigs & Bespoke Units

Due to the personalised nature of our products, all custom-made wigs, bespoke units, and made-to-order hair systems are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

• Custom colour requests
• Custom sizing
• Personalised hairline or lace work
• Units created specifically to client measurements or specifications
• Any wigs altered or customised after purchase

As these items are made uniquely for each client, they are exempt from cancellation and refund rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Crown Collection Refunds

Wigs purchased from our Crown Collection may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The wig is returned in its original condition
• The lace has NOT been cut
• The wig has NOT been worn, styled, washed, coloured, or altered in any way
• Original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
• There are no signs of makeup, odour, damage, or product use

Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A description of the fault

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable under UK Consumer Rights legislation.

Custom Wig Orders

Custom units typically require approximately 8 - 12 weeks for creation, depending on the complexity and customisation requested. Timings are discussed prior to purchase.

Clients will be updated throughout the process where necessary.

Crown Collection Orders

Ready-to-ship wigs from our Crown Collection are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

UK Shipping

We offer tracked and insured UK delivery services. Tracking details are shared once items have been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide where available.

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs charges
• Import duties
• Local taxes or handling fees

Shipping Delays/ Lost items

Glamor Hair London is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs clearance
• Postal disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an item has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier service. Glamor Hair London is not liable for delays, lost parcels, theft, or damage caused during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
